depends on stats and also on how much other holy bonus you got. if you have no holy soj and no holy on your amu, to name just an example, then the holy lidless would certainly be better.

Attack speed should come from pain enhancer and gogok of swiftness

Pain Enhancer+Trapped is the required ones.

Gogok is used if you are lacking CDR.

Other good gems are:
* Mirinae
* Zei
* Bane of the powerful

Best possible amulet is:

Physical damage %
Crit Damage
Crit chance
Socket

Provided you have a 100% Leoric's crown, 2,5% is way more? I'd rather go with Crimson, since you benefit from +3 set bonuses aka +50 AR, 10% RCR and 2k Life Regen.
