The new Paragon system adds the "customization" that people bitched about wasn't there when leveling up like in D2 -- it even goes several steps further by adding many more options to put the points in rather than just Vitality like D2.

You mean you can keep finding rares in the new expansion? That's a relief level cap went from paragon 100 and level 60 to paragon level 100 and level 70. Man that's a huge change. The skill customization hasn't changed.
