Dont know why but i highly doubt you've got 305MF.
Since the maximum MF w/o valor for a DH is 325 (correct me if im wrong)
With that ive counted in Radiant star topaz its a 22mil gem.
The total cost of this would land on around 30mil but lets remove some MF to make it cheaper.

This chart is prices on the AH today
Weapon: 25MF > 2mil
Shield: 20MF > 250k
Amulet: 40MF > 2.5mil
Belt: 20MF > 300k
Boots: 20MF > 200k
Bracers: 20MF > 200k
Chest: 20MF > 350K
Gloves: 20MF > 200k
Helm: 47MF > 10mil
Legs: 20MF > 200k
2x Rings: 36MF > 2.8Mil
Shoulders: 20 MF > 280K

All that = 19Milion & 312MF

You had 305 so lets remove 7% from the helm.
Now we are down at a cost of around 16Mil

And your new here, no FG and i highly doubt you've spent around 15 or so mils on MF gear.
