i dont even know which side of the arguement your on anymore... you think its blizzards fault or everyone that got hacked's fault? o.O

I though i have been hacked but im not sure now.
I just call BLIZZ - way faster then ticket them - and they unlocked my account.
Their answer was simple - IP rotation.
I play D3 in 3 different places so they got 3 differents IP address - thats why they locked me.
They said that if our router drops or we turn off it - its IP probably will change and the account may be locked too.

I think the most of people who thinks were hacked for real they just change their IP address and have been locked

Can't say much due to site rules, but authenticators and dial in protection is useless, there is a bug that allows you to get into anyone's account. All you have to do it just make sure not to add anyone to your friends list (if you get a confirm message, hit no to not add them) and you're fine.

people have been getting hacked on WoW for years.. it's not that shocking tbh

and by the way, Beta's give hackers time to find exploits and they save them until it goes live

It's how BF3 was full of hacks from day 1

Not just me but some other friends got the same problem and same answer.

Carefull with LVL SERVICE W/out u on your own account (IP rotation) - it may be locked

since blizz hasn't done anything wrong yet

the keyloggers on jsp just wanted my 3k igg and bad items

they could care less about my paypal d2jsp (which they use and is worth more than my account)

if you truly believe they may have gotten your credit card info as well, then you'd be well advised to get a new credit card. Just because these particular hackers were targeting D3 doesn't mean everything else is safe. Lists with personal and financial information are commonly sold/traded. Just because all you've seen is the damage to your D3 account doesn't guarantee it will end there.

Fyi, my wow account got hacked 4 years after I cancelled it. To this day, I don't know how it happened. But blaming Blizzard is not helpful. I have just increased my efforts to keep my computer safe. I would strongly advise for you to do the same.

the pay pal i used was my grandpas credit card and i deactivated it since im going to open an account and get my own so im not worried about it

im just saying if it was a keylogger my keys would have been logged while i was asleep the past 10 hours
