I am gonna buy a new shield, and stomped upon these, dunno which is best of these two? :O

First do have less block chance, but more def / dex / vita.

Second shield I can socket with vitality amethyst for more life.

Well I would use the second one but socket it with an emerald. But it depends on your build and what you already have/need (ame vs eme).
