For me, the quests/storyline. I'm curious about their character-specific quests too.
The gameplay feel (action rather than creepy) is just as important for me though.

Then there are items which should be better than d2, and it will be, more slots, every item taking 1 spot in inventory, etc.
Cooler monsters and bosses.

Just everything that you listed, basically

Definitely the storyline for me, but it was all of those elements listed that made D2 so great, i just hope D3 captures the essentials as well as it did in D1 + D2.
