Because it doesn't compete... I'm sure it's useable but it's not going to be very high on leaderboards.

as you play non season as i do, lion claw is off till season ends, but IMO most of the damage comes from palm, so i think uliana's will still be able for grift 60+

otherwise just go for some generator build

get the wreath gem and look like a boss because no matter what skills are used, you will be shooting out lightning like Thor, son of Odin

So far I got 57 in 9:35 on raiment. I need better shenlongs on my generator to GR her. She hits for 1-1.3 billion though.

Top monks were 66/67 in first 2 days with generator or R6

wat skills to use for fresh lvl 70s?

Hey guys

I am gunna rock the c/c Uliana's build, part of which involves cubing the broken promise ring and having a minimal base CC

I am going to use Wreath of Lightning as a gem.. which leads me to this question:

do hits from wreath of lightning count towards the proc of broken promises?

and if not

is there another cubed item you would recommend for this build aside from broken promises?

inb4 "get rid of wreath of lightning" : If I don't shoot out lightning like Thor, son of Odin, I won't have fun.

Unless you're specifically building for zero CC broken promises isn't good.

so far found 2 piece raiaments and 4 pieces of uliana.

using 2 piece bonus of both raiments and uliana pretty much put me in t6. all i do is cylcone strike and tsuanmi strike with cold rune! and everything POPS

dam day 2 already going gr 40 with my uliana 6 pieces
