yea so 18apoc is absolute minimum? i really dont want to use stormcrow

There's a table on the us battlenet forums somewhere, probably posted by Shandlar, with the calcs on apoc, it varies depending on your aps and cc (I ran with 17 for a good while, no issues). But yea, the number is closer to 20 than 10.

At a glance, as a dps wizard, which one would u pick as your rare ring? All opinions are appreciated

4th ring is the most dps, I guess, however, I would go with first one of course.

Full agreement; #1 is the best. It balances EHP and DPS the best, and it provides 9 ias, which you want to reach the 8*9% = +72% ias on items for ww BP.

I know this isn't in hardcore, but what would you guys recommend for stats for a cm wizard?

Low budget, gonna be all rares. Don't need to be able to solo, but just have good survivability in MP1 with a group.

How much CC and APoC will I need?
