I'm still trying to decide what way to go without using shenlongs

4 piecen sunwoku, 2 peace generator dmg set, generator dmg pants, fokus and restaurant, lidless shield, Freeze sword. Lighting build works for me. And bracers with -39 dmg after generator skill.

Collect victims with cyclone skill, kick them for stun and generate spirit with generator skill with massive dmg.

P.s i dont remember any names of skills weps etc.

Flurry : After you stop channeling Tempest Rush, you cause an icy blast to all enemies within 15 yards. The damage of the explosion increases by 90% (previous150) weapon damage as Cold while channeling. / Tempest Rush's damage turns into Cold.

why the hell they weaken that rune? didnt notice tempest monks are destroying Grifts

Seriously? Wtf that's dumb. I was gonna use my tempest for my speed runner still. Now it's 40% less effective?

Maybe it's because if the world lines up with convention of elements I can hit for 25 billion. But that's fucking rare.

Tempest Rush
Attack speed will no longer cause Tempest Rush to attack faster; instead the resource cost and damage will scale with attack speed
Skill Rune - Flurry
The weapon damage bonus granted now scales with attack speed
Damage bonus per stack reduced to 90% weapon damage

Resource cost already scaled with attack speed

Wait fuck. That means using 1 handers wont stack chargers faster.
