In short yes, yes it does.

The ring does 0,4% of enemy hp per second around you, capped at a maximum of 2000% weapon damage.

The damage is increased by elite and physical% damage, with ancient weps it ticks even more.

Edit: also I'm pretty sure BK ring procs the weapon Eun-jang-do, since I've seen freezes even without templar attacking. So RG stays frozen all the time in the end.

Maybe I should try that. Sounds like it would make an effective difference on the RG.

Sweeping into inner sanctuary and spirit guards from season (yeah yeah you're nonseason) and you'll get even more survivability

The new shenlongs fists with FD in the cube seems to be the meta for dashing. With RCR you're able to keep the spirit up while getting 300% damage.

Natsuma was dealing 6 billion crits with dashes, the new set has nothing on dashes without a massive buff.

€: Oh and generators are dealing 800M crits, more than dashes in live pretty much

Just crafted 2x non ancient shenlongs from rare fists with the cube, then rerolled those both about 10 times and got ancient ones.

I totally love the cube, pushed a little and got #1 hc season (ptr).

Sure 56 is nothing, even though it is the max people got in hc season..
