@MadLee - yup you're right on shocking aspect. I was straight up killing creatures with it, oops. Regarding the cc resistance though, it's capped at 65% and for all intents and purposes we can ignore it. CM/WW wizzes proc frost nova so often (or at least, should) that any such resistance should be reached within the first few seconds of an uber fight (10% cc resistance for every 1 second, up to 65%) and so you can generally ignore - nobody is killing ubers within those seconds anyways.

I don't really use the storm crow, Needs a lot of upgrades like rings and gloves but I can honestly solo or party mp6 with little hassles
I need more res and definitely need to up my attack speed
