I supplemented leap in over, overpower, and got a stylish 45/hour max (after a good bit of runs) but it was way too much a hassle and brain rack to bother ever doing it consistently.

Ps: keeping a consistent 45/hour was and is impossible though for me, it came down to luck of the run at a lot of points :S

Thats ptr he had the gear donated by a few people to test it out on a op barb setup.

It takes more luck/skill with the build than gear, though gear is a big part.

I like videos of this guy, but he always picks best runs, and counts average based on this. I mean, even in these runs, he almost lost berserk in some crucial moments. You won't tell me that in 1 hour of doing this, you never lose it, if in few min video he was close many times.
Vota is really bad spot for barb because of many empty dead ends, just too much rng to keep up wotb. As you can see it can be tricky with dw throw build, which is ten times better than skorn at this.

Na yea he picks the best over a span of time mostly.

But thats really the only way to get insane numbers people are quoting.

Im sure there is more consistent ways I just havn't spent much time looking into it yet, or maybe someone else has one and I haven't heard of it.

Just reroll monk to hit consistent 47-48 per hour. Cheap and fastest.

Yes you should, just try to add a little more damage in there (20k if you can)

What would you recommend upping for damage? 20k isn't a little.
