Hiya. I'm absolutely stuck on upgrading my barb. I don't know which direction I want to go, but I want to hit 200k with passives.

I'm torn between:
switching gloves for ik, belt for WH, and offhand for an ls one
or
getting a higher dps/ias offhand so I can switch it to mainhand and get a new echo with socket/crit and throw that on oh.

What should I do to hit my goal of 200k dps?

Edit: Link has my soj on. I have another ring that gives me 20k more. So I'd be sitting at 133k with soj and 153k with other ring.

Totally up to you which way you go... either way upping DPS is the same as always.. more main stat / more STR / more CHC/CHD



Narrow down to ur 3 worst pieces and look for good deals on those slots in AH

I see most barbs use ef in offhand, and use a mace on mainhand. Would there be advantage for me doing that?

Can you give me some advice on my barb too when you get a chance!?

Thx for the answer but what would be better for the money (500mio):

- ef medium dps (1000-1100) & low cd (40-50) + socked
- ef very high dps (1250-1300) without cd + socked

Yep, ideal combo is ef oh with mace mh



I tend to ignore most posts asking "what should i upgrade", if I did this everytime no one would learn to figure it out themselves plus id be stuck looking at profiles all day..

more str/chd/chc/raw dmg/ias and ur dps will go up always

play with some DPS calcs if you have to



Like i said depends on rest of your build whether ur going to use as MH or OH

if MH - high dps with socket is better

if OH - lower dps high crit is better

so you have to make the choice which way you want to go..

1.81819-2.00000 aps - 10 frames per tick - 6.00 ticks per second - 18 ticks
2.00001-2.22222 aps - 9 frames per tick - 6.67 ticks per second - 20 ticks
2.22223-2.50000 aps - 8 frames per tick - 7.50 ticks per second - 23 ticks
2.50001-2.85714 aps - 7 frames per tick - 8.57 ticks per second - 26 ticks
2.85715-3.33333 aps - 6 frames per tick - 10.0 ticks per second - 30 ticks

how can i calculate my ias to see where i am and what i still need? , with or without wotb
Screen says 2.04 , but i bilieve this is wrong right?

IAS is A x B

A = weapon speed (its listed under the dps when you hover on weapon)
B = sum of 15 ias dual wield, 25 ias wotb, and all the ias from items (NOT on weapon, that counts towards the weapon in step A)

so i have a dagger in offhand with 1.66 speed and we are in wotb, we are dual wielding and my lacuni rings and gloves give me 32 ias

my offhand speed is 1.66 x 1+(15+25+32)% = 1.66 x 1.72 = 2.8552 aps

this way we have our oh ias for nados and ww right? using an ef as of , so i got 1.45 x 1.(15+25+32) = 2.494
what about mh? got a mace 1.20 speed , should i calculate and this after calculate my average and then i got my total ias?
0.25 from ef going on mh also? read somewhere about a bug ^^
