I'm trying to farm act 3 with a friend (tankbarb) but i die on every elite with fire adds.

I have to change my helm + offhand.

My questions :

-Do i need LoH or i can just keep lifeleech on my belt & take an offhand with lifeleech/high dmg/socket ? (with a 9xx offhand i'll have ~36k dps unbuff)
-Do i need as passif bloodthirst or ~5.5% is enough ?
-In case it's enough, shall i up my armor or the 20% elements resists ?

Well, some room for improvements:

1) Your Armour is very low. For a dual-wield, try get 6.5k unbuffed at least.

2) Your life is below the minimum requirement to farm act 3. Some claimed minimum is 35k, but I recommend 45k life. Anything below 40k to me is rather risky. I think your vit is too low. And some Life% will help. For instance, and os helm soc with a Star Amenthyst.

3) Pump your resist-all higher, like 650ar unbuff at least. Then replace Warcry for Overpower (Storm of Steel).

4) Main damage of nado/ww barb comes from Sprint itself. WW by itself has very little impact on the killing speed. Rather, WW itself is more for mobility than is it for LoH/Damage/Fury Generator. Your choice of off-hand is the problem here. You have too few ticks on your nados. This will severely impact on your LoH, Fury Generation, and most definately, your damage per second tick. 5) Replace the Passive, Bloodthirst with Tough as Nail instead. Life Leech is nerfed in Inferno, so in another words, that Passive Bloodthirst is useless.

6) Nothing personal here but I don't like your LoH. For Dual-wield barbs, recommended to have around 1500. 2000 to be the best. I have like 1900 on my barb.



p.s. if you want to use warcry instead of Overpower, I think you may need 1200ar and above

i can clear act 2/3 but i do die alot and it takes alot of work to not die. can you please help me improve him so i dont die so easy. all my base res are 750+ 44k life fully buffed i only do 27k DPS. also have some where around 1400 LOH and my crit chance is 44% unbuffed.

Found a video on youtube explaining the secrets of dual-wield ww, and why dual-wield becomes popular over night compared to sword/shield build. Of course this doesn't mean using shield is bad, it is just that people found out dual-wielding is no longer dangerous with the tricks of the off-hand speed as relate to tornados and Sprint, as relates to LoH and Fury Generation.
