Im basing my bias on non season leaderboards lol

Can somebody just link me the best build for a brand new 70. never played RoS or done any grifting before?

The build linked a few posts back is a pretty good goal

is the fire raiment build basically season only at this point?

Obsidian ring is required so yes.

Problem is, cold dash is a lot better than fire in non season.

For fire you need the cindercoat and that means you have to use RoRG. You lose focus+restraint but having obsidian ring gives you massive cdr boost, which adds to the whole spirit regen/RCR stacking.

All in all, just stick to cold dash if you're non-season, nothing can beat it there.

I used unity + soj for my GR runs on non season
