I would say it should be more thorough, like with with pros and cons of different setup, you didn't write much about EHP vs paper dps or about adding meteor to your skill build. Also, you wrote that 18 apoc is optimal, that is not true. As well as 17 apoc being minimum not true as well. I am not sure you can ever use triumverate in this setup, because you need to use black dagger with it so it can be somewhat effective, which means you will be stuck with 10 apoc or time warp/inna's pants to reach 2,74 aps.

I should say, don't use blur, use cold blooded always. It offers our build almost no mitigation since we are rarely taking melee damage. Ring is ok, but some vitality would be nice there, or all res/armor.

Wow. Yes, again you are correct; I get mostly hurt through elites when they have Frozen, Desecrator, Molten, or Plagued. I will change this out.

So what is the next item upgrade?

- if you mean 2,74 aps, than yes, it's not hard, but you are never pemafreezing anyone during long fight due to monsters gaining cc immunity over time. I would suggest 3,003 setup for ubers, but 2,74 is fine with 50+cc and enough ehp to tank gas clouds or arcane sentries or reflect
- no, storm armor or shocking aspect don't proc anything
- yes, they are (shards)
- minimum is 2,74 aps; 47cc; 600 loh; 30k hp, 4k armor, 700 all res unbuffed for mp5 and lower. Not exact numbers though. 18+ apoc, 25+ apoc if meteoring.

fat blackthornes (like super high vita + armor or int/vita + all res, whatever u can snipe) and I gotta say you have to let go of that terrible amulet. It might add a lot to your paper dps, but losing 8+cc from this slot is just a disaster for our build. I suggest you should buy 70 int + 9 ias 8 cc+ 50 all res + (or 250 armor plus) some vita amulet.

Yes, the tal's ammy I have right now is useless since 5 ias and no cc. The ias/cc tal's ammy are very expensive. I agree, this is next after blackthornes. I hope blackthornes will make up for the ehp loss on tals.

It's not 'easy' - the only boss pair you are honestly perma-freezing is ghom/rak (but don't worry - I've seen many many people claim 'permafreezze' at <2.73aps since the last patch :P)
Since 1.07 you can no longer guaranteed freeze sb (he gained some sort of immunity timeframe), whereas before you could stop looking at the screen sometimes once you stacked the two. Sk has alway had the ability to be immune to freeze for small windows at a time so you're not perma-freezing him either. Bosses will not gain immunity to cc over time unless you run into timer issue and I honestly don't know what happens when they enrage. Hope that helps!

Yes, it does. It's quite simple to test. Add archon as a skill, go to some low skill level like MP0 and open some map with small creatures. Cast Shocking Aspect, Cast Archon, walk around and notice your archon timer increases when shocking aspect strikes.

I've seen all sorts of people of all stats claim 'godliness' or 'top wiz' so I think this is subjective If you're looking to carry ubers, repeatedly, you might want stats close to the ones listed here (not saying it can't be done with less but these are good to aim for if you're not there already):

@whstevenso21: In addition to the above, you could consider getting a cheap shoulder piece (You might be able to get 250+int/vit/res/armor/150+str vilewards for less than a third of your budget) or sniping a trifecta amulet, you'd be surprised at how cheap they've gotten. BT pants are good too, maybe not armor ones though, try AR or stack vit like a lot of ppl are doing (120+INT/300+VIT/450+LOH ones are available for a third of your budget as well).
