At a glance I would focus on your mainhand and your amulet. I think a 900+dps manajuma with no socket would do more for you than the one you have, but check it for yourself. For low MP I would also recommend swapping blackthorne's for inna's pants and getting some int/vit/6crit bracers on to get your crit up.

could you explaim how to play this? I'm using bears, spiders, voodoo, harvest heal, sw heal, and absorb dogs
with passive: spirit vessel, JF, and rites

spiders and VQ for mana regen, bears for DPS, jinx to own ZK and manage adds, honoured guest for mana and escape, soul harvest for damage buff and instant heal (I have 6% LS), horrify for extra tanking when I need it most (probably not necessary on MP7, but underrated). spirit vessel gives you a second chance if you die and also reduces cooldown on 3 important spells. jungle fortitude is preferable to bad medicine imo because it works on things that hit you before you hit them. for Sk/magda just keep SK between you and magda and unload bears/spiders, rak/ghom keep them together and hit both with bears while using horrify/spirit walk to help you regen health, and for ZK/SB get your party to pull SB away while you hex ZK and own him.
