Hey man, great work on helping other for free!

I would like some advice on my barbarian, i'm switching from monk to barb and now upgrades are starting to get expensive for me, I've been doing mp8 ubers with very little problems, but i want to give my dps (97k unbuffed with enchantress) some extra boost and i dont know what are the best slots for me to change now because most of the items i find on the AH dont seem worth it right now.

I also dont have much problem on keeping my wotb up, on uber fights only place ill lose it is when im soloing kulle.

What unbuffed dps/life/res/armor/loh/steal would u imagine the minimum would be for mp8 ubers?

What are the minimum requirements if i want to farm faster like alkazier fast in mp6. Right now i'm sitting at -

100k(w/ Passives).
770 AR(Buffed)
8k(Armor)
49k(Life)
59 CC
380 Crit Dmg.
12% MS

I can finish act 3 but it takes me 3hrs to finish it. Starting for keeps/stonefort until core of arreat. Killing everything and also going to optional dungeons

I have been upgrading some and wondering what my next would be? I know the hellfire ring can be better and will be huge dps boost but it's pretty nice for the xp bonus any thoughts? Normally i'm gonna have 100-150 M gold to spend

Looking for help to know what to upgrade next. I can do mp6 but wanna go higher. I am thinking lacuni's, but an not sure if i want to lose the cc. Can't afford cc lacunis at the moment.

regarding selling that shield, yeah, you would probably not get gold to cover the purchase of a kickass off hand, but it is a nice one so you could probably get something for it. The thing with LS is that it really scales very well. I managed to get my hands on an axe with almost the same DPS and stats as my previous but with LS. That put me at 4*LS (both weapons, belt and bloodthirst) and just that switch (a tiny dps loss!) made it possible for me to farm MP8 easy, whereas I had struggled at MP6 previously. So getting LS is a HUGE boost for survivability! I'd aim at 2pieces+bloodthirst as a MINIMUM for high MP farming! The main reason I'd say, for getting 24% MS is not a matter of spawning more tornados, but it's a matter of moving between two packs without loosing WotB, which I believe you said you had som trouble with. I have never tried Tyrael's, but it looks like it could be a great boost in damage, though getting one with a good off stat/high rolls will probably be very expensive! It could be a good idea to at first try to get a Lacunis, one with crit damage might be too expensive, bu see if you can snipe a pair, or try to get one with one or two decent secondary stats (str/res/vit mainly). It packs a bit of IAS as well so it will help with damage that way. Getting either Lacunis or Tyrael will mean a drop in DPS and/or EHP since lacunis with 70 res, 150 strength and crit chance isn't even possible iirc, and even with just two of those stats it would be pretty expensive.

I'm posting my profile to give you something to compare. It's by no means a perfect build, but I'm quite happy with it and I have solod ubers MP6 with slightly worse gear and I easily farm MP8.. I'm very happy with my off-hand, I don't know what it would be worth now, but I sniped it for like 15m just before patch to prepare for the changes =)

Just recently started a ww barb and got up to 100k dps. Doing mp5 farm runs and mp7 runs with almost no problems
What should i upgrade next to get more damage without losing survivability? Got about 55m to spend

trying to up my DPS but keep CC% high on a 5 mil budget, i have weapon master, ruthless and life steal passive, though i tried nerves of steel and i seem to die more.

I farm A3 MP3 w/ enchantress, would like higher DPS

77k in WotB form and 57 CC%, 443% CD %bonus [55k w/o WotB]

switched axe to 140 str 60 crit dmg 960 DPS cheap axe 300k and a ring with crit dmg/crit chance , and seem to be doign more dmg

Ur dps is a little low for mp 3. U need more dps to make lifesteal and loh more effective. Ur lacking crit chance on key piecs of gear (ammy + helm).



Ur using ww with a 2h and barely any ASI which is never recommended, would highly suggest moving to a rend/hota barb.





Would recommend getting some new boots. Ur missing about 70+ all res from ur boot sbecause ur using firewalkers (which are awful). Can get a pair of IK boots easily for cheap and replace that. Wud also look at getting wep dmg stat on ur rings to boost ur dps. Furthermore, as ur dps reaches 100k, u want lifesteal on ur offhand.



Chest missing all res which would inrease ur survivability dramatically. Also, you want a new ammy, crit chance is a must on ammys. Would recommend ammy with str/wep dmg/crit% and ASI
