Elite pack incoming, well, normally i do is burst one member and when my life is 15% or so i use serenity and kite, i go for orbs/Breath of heaven and repeat. Normally i kill one guy in one burst so no much trouble.
Im thinking about increase my ias for faster spirit regen until i could get a weapon with spirit regen.

But meh each monk is different and you will build it according to your playstyle, i used to go with 1kLoH and 35 dps but 47k is 10x much better for me(more quick and die less cos mobs die easily)

A friend of mine asked me to help with an elite pack in Act 3. They were Bloated Malachors (the bugged ones that are hitting twice with each attack), Fast Horde Invulnerable Minions Frozen. I decided to try and tank them with the spec I used to clear Inferno pre-1.0.3. I haven't used this spec in almost a month, with alot of gear changes meanwhile. I was amazed at the result:

10.2k armor dualwielding. Okay. The Bloated Malachors barely dented my hp. Using my Farm spec I'm like a motherfucking tank trampling everything.
