I bought a 50 CD Witching Hour on AH last night for 10m. No other good rolls but w/e. High CD

Simple , when buying zuni set look for hi intel/vita/(res if alowed)arm. eg. looking for zuni helm get one with 700 arm/250+ intel/vita ,same with arm 150 intel/150+vita/200+ arm < you can get arms with 700+,there is a pick up of 700ish arm right there,next is a stormshield,
why stormshield? 1200 arm/28+ block/150+str/75 res/10 cc , and most important -5%+ melee dmg reduce,5-7% ELITE DMG REDUCE, combo with a litny ring 150 intel/65-70 res/5-7%ELITE DMG REDUCE from elites, 14% dmg reduce from elites is big , in mp7+.Cons from swaping mojo to shield is you loose 20 k dmg,but add arm/res/dmg reduce/block dmg = a less squishy wd @ hi-mps /vs reflect , i can basicly stand a face tank till bears run out, then its toads ,and still face tank

Got around 40m to spend on upgrades, not sure what to do.. innas pants, maybe a new weapon, but I need smth with ls for sure, and upgrades are so costy. Though about new offhand also, but it just around 3-4k dmg more, same as a cc zuni head.
Any ideas ? I'm rushing mp1 with bears, and I'm kinda useless on higher mps and ubers.

helm zuni 6.0 cc for mana regen
1100dps crit 1sox slower wep for less IAS = more mana. dont forget the LL tho like now.

Could some1 suggest me a good mp7-8 build for ubers ? I do have like 110k dps, but I'm not really tanky. Normally I do rush the bears, but it's not working there.
