dashing strike cost is refunded due to set bonus i think

Raiment of a Thousand Storms
Has been redesigned
(2) Set Bonus
Your Spirit Generators have 25% increased attack speed and 300% increased damage
(4) Set Bonus
Dashing Strike now spends75 Spirit, but refunds a Charge when it does
(6) Set Bonus
Your Spirit Generators increase the weapon damage of Dashing Strike to12500% for 6 seconds
Dashing Stike now lights up on your action bar when the increased weapon damage is active

Refunds but costs 75 spirit

So I'm guessing that in some cases people will be using Flying Dragon and WotHF? Kinda pointless with the IAS to be using a Jawbreaker / dual wield.

Does existing items get the modification? If so, wonderful as I have the set sitting here.

Furnace is also a strong choice here, you can do plenty of dashes with some RCR stacked and spirit gen.

FD is a good choice too if you want to focus more on the gen attacks, I'm sure there'll be a new meta soon enough which everyone uses. :)

I was testing with flying dragon and you have a bunch of spirit. I'm not the best to ask at the moment. Only was able to do around GR40 with mine.

I'll for sure be posting more after the patch about it if I figure anything out.

I haven't been able to get on actual patch yet but on ptr I loved it for like T6 speed runs. Constantly moving.

On higher stuff it's basically like you said... Stack spirit and spam dash. But spamming dash was a decent aoe. I have to try it more to have a more valid opinion of everything.

to me i feel like the aoe isnt enough. maybe cuz im so use to grouping the mobs up for EP...

for t6, yea i agree.. the dashing strike can easily faceroll it.

I think the only way to make 6pc inna work right now is to combine it with the sunwuko.

3 pc sunwuko
Shoulders
Amulet
Gloves

5pc inna
Chest
Belt
Pants
Weapon
Helm

I guess the skills for this setup would probably focus on lashing tail kick. There's two air allies and urself, so that's 3 kicks. Yes I know leorics crown has to be given up.

U would swap sunwuko gloves for helmet and replace inna helm for gloves , Either way is fine.

What do you guys think? I haven't tried it yet but I will tmr

honestly, the raiment setup is a steaming pile of dog shit.

i understand that it's capable of high GRs, but its buggy, and insanely inconsistent.

it may get the top GR spot this season or era, but only out of optimal rifts and a lucky good run.

the fact that you can have full spirit, but if you've depleted the charges, you can't use dashing strike is the most unintuitive, stupid design i've seen in a game in a long time. the point of the 4 piece is to use spirit instead of charges, but i can't use it if i've depleted the charges? wtf?

also, it double casts too easily right now. i understand they made some changes so that it casts more quickly again, but i think that's actually hurt the build.

i'll be looking for something more consistent that i can use all the time.
