any suggestions on what to do with 18 mil (or it that not enough to do anything?) - ignore the lacuni - only added for movespeed - normally use a 160 int/70 allrez/8% life/4.5 cc strongarm

I noticed you're using bears in your build. Are you noticing an affect of ias with the bears? I've tried IAS in the past, and I didn't notice a difference. Maybe break points? I don't know. I had concluded that ias didn't affect bears.

Is it? I notice a change in spiders? If that is wrong, how does it work? Bears don't seem to scale like other skills. Are you able to explain?
