57: 3 LEGENDARY
59: 2 LEGENDARY
69: 4 LEGENDARY
79: 1 LEGENDARY

As you can see  almost half of the hot ips ends with a 9.
Havent been testing every ip yet but i think ips ending with 9 are somehow special and uniq.

This ip crap is old.  The secret to getting massive legendary drops and actually increase your legendary drop rate to 100% is to go on the RMAH feature.  Just click the USD button on your GAH and it will take your there.
