Got 100m budget for new upgrades help me out

Hey, I think it's only really usable in some lame blizzard/hydra builds or maybe arcon build. It might be good for pvp (although like double main stat/vita items might be preferred to main stat/crit items there) , but if I were you I wouldn't buy pvp items now, wait for like 3-4 weeks after the patch. Because otherwise this weapon is only for arcon wiz and for arcon wiz 950 mill weapon is like insanely ridiculous.



Depends what killing speed are you looking for. I guess you can make half-decent mp8 cm/ww wiz for ~250 millions. 2,74 aps 45 cc 800 loh 4k armor ~850+buffed res might be enough. Use 25+ apoc though.

Do you think that the furys will not work in pvp before de patch? why?

with my ehp and loh I can do ~800k effective dps with bubble spec and 1 mill effective dps with meteor shower spec.



It depends how fat is your budget for end-game items. I think 9 ias trifecta zuni + all res/armor zuni boots is definetely end game, but some go for godly nat ring + nat boots combo. Both got pros and cons, I am too poor to test. But because trifecta zuni ring is so expensive (we are talking 9 ias 4,5 cc trifecta) I think it's more optimal to go with decent ice climbers - they got amazing defensive stats and can roll really high int. For a helm slot more I play more I am sure that 6cc Storm Crow is like the ultimate end game cm/ww wiz item. 6 cc mempo gives me just 6k damage which is mostly paper dps because my attack speed is already sky high and I am losing 4% to elites bonus which is like 8k damage with 200k dps char. Also for high end cm/ww 27+ apoc is a must, and you can't get apoc anywhere but on this slot. And LoH is so hard to find elsewhere for many reasons.

And dropping lacunis for inna's pants is bad, lacunis can get defensive enough where lose of ehp from switching from BT pants to Inna's is too much. Also losing loh here is bad too.

spend all of it on a better weapon. your ammy,boots, and offhand will have a Much larger effect on a black damage weapon. int is nice but just get a 900+dps 80+crit ls open socket blackdmg wep. it doesnt have to be a wand.

I didn't say that. They already work very good cuz of fear proc. But we really don't know if they nerf cc effects or fury fear proc or maybe Chantodo's set would be the best choice cuz of 7% elite reduction (it's 7% straight damage reduction so if you stack it with Litany you get 14% damage reduction which is like super much). So investing 950 mill in a Fury seems stupid and shortsighted at the moment. Unless you just wanna play super expensive solo arcon wizard forever.



everything is bad about this wizard you are not even using scramble rune storm armor because of how little your resists and armor actually are. But worst is your weapon, so if you wanna stick with glass cannon arcon wizard change it to black damage/socket/life steal weapon. 773 dps is just lol 8 months after release.

upgraded my amulet for cheap so it's not terrible. Trifecta with defensive stats is still hard to find with my budget. Notice that I use 5 offensive skills at the same time + frost nova. Classic shock-nado-shards would use bubble instead of meteor (with bubble i am using next WW breakpoint).

I have understand you now. The problem is that the new furys will be nerf for the minmax afix, (i think), and the legacy-without nerf furys will became more expensive :/

they are not nerfing them yet and i am not sure legacy ones will stay intact if they do sometimes. They are planning to buff elemental damage and way how +elemental damage on other items work, think about that too when dumping 1 bill on a wizards fury.
