From the description: Not the best monk I know and my DPS is pretty low but this vid is to showcase the Dashing Strike skill. It's an amazing underused monk skill, for 10 spirit (quicksilver rune) you get: mobility, positional capability, short invulnerability during the dash, escape jailer/descrator/monster surrounds anytime, and able to dodge arcane sentry/frozen orb if you time it properly. Chain it with serenity or dodge mantra and you're almost invincible. If you have spirit regen somewhere on your gear I'd recommend using the Way of the Fallen Star or Flying Side Kick rune as they are both more powerful than Quicksilver at the cost 2.5x more spirit.

Thoughts? I figure if you're undergeared for act3 it's not recommended you drop BoH for dashing strike but for something like Act 2 farming dashing strike would speed things up considerably.

life steal works off all damage dealth... there comes a point, even with the reductions, where life steal works better... particularly with stuff like mantraevasionbacklash and i think even sweeping wind
