starting to build crit in my build

can someone post their stats/build for a dw monk that can farm act 3 like act 1 ?

not saying I'm the best crit build in the world because I'm way, off from it, but I farm with ease. some kiting involved, but this my char is so much more fun than what I used to run, which was deadly reach and wait 20 minutes to kill something.

Also i was wondering why some people prefer cyclone over bladestorm for the sweeping wind rune.

people who are running a crit build run around with like 30+ crit chance, therefore you proc lots of cyclones, and deal more dps with that rune

Also you get loh procs off the lightning.

need some suggestions to improve my nun (female monk):
(stats shown are unbuffed, no mantra no enchantress passives on)



basically i can solo all bosses, kill most elite mobs, but i have issues with plague, descrator, fire-chain mobs. simply impossible to kill them without dying at least 4-5 times.
setup: i am pretty much set on doing wep+shield (51% block just wins me over), but if there is a viable dual wield build right now, please let me know. thanks!
