Decided to create a CM wizz instead of my archon
2.64 AS /2.81 in bubble
48%CC

I am low on HP and AR i think, and my jeweley + braces might be next for upgrade.
Any inputs, what MP is this current build viable for? Thinking of getting CC lacunis, but my budget is at 25mil at the moment.

For CM wiz,

1. How much APOC is sufficient at 55%cc and (a) 2.73 aps; (b) 3.0001 aps; (c) 3.334 aps?

2. Can stormcrow be better than mempo when the aps gets over a certain point? Assuming there's already 20 apoc from source and wand.

1. at least 18apoc to make it viable, more is just smoothening your gameplay, but you can play very well with ~20. Of course more is nice...

2. Imo mempo is the end game solution. Storm crow is pretty nice as well and cost wise sooo much cheaper even with 6%cc, but the ehp gain from mempo is imo just too big. I would go for a mempo with crit if you can afford it. And mempo helps you as well to get your breakpoint

Not sure if EHP takes into account up to 460 LOH you can get from Stormcrow. In my opinion realistically it's about the same EHP if we take into consideration LOH and maybe little bit less of effective dps (4% dps vs elites is like 8k damage if you got 200k dps wizard) although I am not really sure here since we are losing apoc. We are not gaining real dps from extra ias if we already at aps. breakpoint, aren't we? IMO, only thing we really gain is paper dps and maybe little bit more EHP (bit more if we socket ame), so real choice is dictated by one's budget and total apoc preference.
