yeah I was expecting them to adjust items, not those 4 skills... the items fuck up other skills too.

You can get 100% epiphany with 23% cooldown if you have no other cooldowns using obsidian.

Perma 50% damage reduction is still more balanced than total immunity.

But u still need to spend some resource to reduce the cool down of a random skill by one sec
Maybe more atk speed for a generator skill build

Yes the item is broken, not the skills though. It's not like a full CDR monk could do shit in the current patch for GR.

i did a grift 39 on my hc monk without EP . ( because i like augchild bracer + shoulder for bonus )

same here. hc 39 fire wol+tzo krin gaze+gem for distance (without aughild)
