so lvl 10 are the little guys

yeah the tournament is only a forum event. the "official" brackets are 10/30

but tbh i think lvl9 makes more sense. the only thing you miss are shoulders and the lvl10 passives are hard to balance anyway.
also there should be a rule, that you aren't allowed to socket gems in weapons. so you don't have to use Uskang/Genzaniku.

Mp10 NM act 1 for elvel 30 stuff and for level reduced stuff act 2 NM MP10.

wich is the best place for find items lvl 9 ?

AH. never heard of anybody finding anything good and vlld stuff is greatly undervalued sometimes
