Talking about the frostburns and rimeheart and stuff you have to consider what you lose to gain it.

Losing:
7% ranged damage reduction
7% melee damage reduction
15% elite damage reduction
15% elite damage
50% crit damage

Gaining:
15% cold damage
Minor freeze effect

Now it's the same thinking of going for rimeheart instead of utars or azurath.

Losing:
20% cold damage
Azure minor freeze if you have it

Gaining:
rare proc of 10,000% damage - not effected by sunwuko

Proc is rare and for tempest 10,000% isn't much. That's equal to 13.3 stacks of tempest....

All in all... Not worth it in either case. I'm trying to get a better sunwuko ammy and Id like a azurath over utars. I found a really good one but got screwed by the vita roll... No main stat

30k life on hit or 1400 vit on a torch? if u had to choose which to sacrifice?

Do you guys think it's worth it to drop the lightning gem for bane?
Haven't tested it but im only sitting at 1m dmg atm which is kinda low, but that lightning gem does proc frequently and doesn 5-8m

Holy smokes, bells just keep getting stronger. I'm wondering though if you can get SWK and Inna's full bonuses at the same time while wearing crudest boots..

well it depends if the SWK buff works for Innas, cause if it did, and you gave up a torch, youre only giving up the RCR and a little WoL damage, since Inna's can roll WoL Damage. Seems pretty worth it imo.
