OK ok , sounds all very cool , only thing i find hard to believe is this :
U really think blizzard would have put all that effort in such a thing , lets say 7 years ago , in developing sumthing like this even when working on d2 ?
not even knowing if d2 would become such a best-seller etc .. ?
Its well found but sumwere it seems hard to believe

It's not like every game that has a sequel is a best-seller

And on top of that, were this all true - the patch is 1.07. I believe that is the patch released with LOD (correct me if wrong), at least my cds from the original battle chest have that patch installed.

Meaning they would've had time to realise the popularity
