It's OK to get increases attack speed mod on weapons only. On all other items, you need to get attack speed increased because the other one doesn't work.

Has anyone a good witch doctor hardcore build for act 1 inferno? And what merc is suited best for witch doctor? Templar?

OR get a good Flavor of Time with high Int/Vit and Crit bonus dmg

Chest:

OR get Tyrael's Might / Zunimassa Vessel

Gloves:
Similar to amulet 'pick and choose' stats.
