the questino about 1 being a prime or composite numbers will vary from where you live and i doubt we gonna get an answer about it

1 can be only divided by 1 or itself

you must be living in a deep dark cave, because all civilised ppl around the world know that 1 is not a prime number

its not a composite number either and the rules of : Has to be greater than 1, Only been added After the theorems being invalided by the fact we could count 1 as a prime but in the olders age of the maths if its wasnt from the arithmetic its would be a prime number since its doesnt violate any other rules and the has to be greater than 1 is newish ( even if old , the basic maths was even older )

and lets be honest, every1 who been asked to count to prime numbers mentioned the 1 and there still up to date, alot of contradiction/contraversion about this

edit : and this forums is so not the place to discuss suchs xD ,

you are just wrong, admit it and move on, not worth trying to prove something to be true which is not

"a number that is divisible only by itself and 1"

this simple

first, even if 1 is NOT a prime number, its can be divided by itself or 1 , and its not that simple but u can test it with your calc

but 2 conditions have to be met:

being able to be divided by 1 AND itself (so 2 numbers)

1 can only be divided by itself = 1, so by only 1 number (we are ofc not talking about fractions now)
