Yeah, I can see it both ways. Being able to gear up on your own is very nice but I guess it just kind of made finding items a bit less exciting. I always liked trading, or getting awesome drops that inspired me to try a new character. I will say Diablo 3 at launch was pretty bad as far as the end game goes. Item drops were just absolutely horrific and the most expensive items were awful

The days of great games are done, in all catagories, the new games are designed to be fun a while then move on to the next.

Just look at cod. black ops 1 was awsome and still is, Yes i buy all the new ones, flying around like a yetplane shooting only to realise the snipers look like metal trash and act the same. then get tired of them and move back to the old ones again.

Diablo 3 is fun a little while after new patch.

Ages of empire was awsome, aoe 2 was crap, ages of mythologi was fun a little while.

Same goes for all games in all catagories.
