Anyone who understood d2 is not going to like d3. It is like they took all the bad parts of d2 and polished them up a little bit. D2 is a trading and pvp game. D3 developers took out trading and pvp. It is still hard to believe that any developers could be that stupid, but no you should not play d3. I will never buy another activision/blizzard game.
