theirs a few MMO's i think but they are really old and have hardcore players that have played many years

no but heaps have third party markets

Why did all the loser d3 nubs cry about the ah? Why didn't they just ignore the ah and grind by themselves?

i dont understand it either. All those arguments " u had to use the rmah to progress.." are ridiculouse. People were just impatient, saw kripps videos that he is already farming act 3 so they bought out the rmah, later they complained because there was not enough money left for food.

why not just bring back the auction house without real money
