I played on my ps3 for a bit and saw one person with 10000.. I'm guessing that's as highest as it goes.

Not me. I played legit im only level 330 after finishing all 6 characters (5 with end game gear) but ive seen many people who hack and 10000 is the max. Youll never know whats max on pc. But as said in an above post ps4/xboxone is up to date with pc just without season and ptr. And I know that 10000 is max.

They dont hack, they use a sword which gives 2billion xp each kill. Reason why people didnt reach level 10k before this patch is because it only worked in normal mode before.

not true I was paragon 10k within a week of RoS coming out the sword can be used yes but there are other ways to achieve this cap
