i play both d3 and poe hardcore, I find poe more enjoyable.

I've got Path of Exile downloaded as well. It's a nice little game to play (I made every character class) but I can't say it's more enjoyable or anywhere close to Diablo 3 in terms of what I look for in an action RPG. At least for the casual gamers, or should I say us older folks, who don't like to grind for long hours anymore like they did in their teens or twenties.

The Scion is my favorite class because of her versatility. I may give that game a little more play this summer now that I reached most of my goals on D3. Usually I can play for 30 minutes to an hour (tops) before I feel too exhausted with any game. Then it's see you the next night for me.

That is why I like Diablo III so much. You can play a little bit every day and it all adds up.
It's an easy, "just log in and play" type of game. You never really feel like you're overwhelmed.

When I play Path of Exile, for example, I already know I can't keep up with all of the ladder leaders during the new leagues, etc.. etc...

1. i play HC - always provides adrenalin pushing Grifts
2. switching between all classes trying all sets-skills combinations - pushing Grifts
3. pushing for next hundred paragons

Tldr grind

I enjoy trying out all the different builds out there, so grinding for the gear for said builds keeps me going, I guess. As serialj0e mentioned as well, I like to throw other games into the mix so I don't get burnt out.
