Nobody uses it and that's a shame. It was intended to be a whirlwind friendly item.
I hope so but with BK swords you want to use obsidian + CoE, unless they made skull grasp better then CoE would it see use for end game

No, I don't understand seasons
There are variations without obsidian ring, you can go focus + restraint variants or just use unity+CoE, going no CDR or full CDR still to reach 50%+ wotb uptime and 100% ignore pain iron hide uptime with 6 second cassius
without bk set your fury generation will be terrible and will have to make up for it in ways that will hurt your dps (passives,reapers wraps)
and without wastes 6 you will do pitiful damage, all our damage comes from the 2500% dust devils

If nothing changes then yes, it is currently the top barb build, provided you have the right gear (without full ancient vita rolls you will have quite low HP and can get gibbed easy if IP/COTA fall off)
