i rolled a hellfire ammy rampage passive with 20%phys str 9cc should i roll cd or socket?

Craft a new one. You need CC, CD, and Socket.

hmm what would Ya do with hellfire amu - 100% chd or socket or 20% phys dmg. ( no,i wont be crafting new one atm )

100 chd is prolly best but depends on other stats, and if you dont get an ideal rolled HF ammy its porlly best to just use a diff ammy

merciless assault for resets or if you have high CDR then cold rush rune with APDs

charge is fast and easy to use..

so I've got a question
I was told that when you use full wastes it replaces the effect of WW's rune and only uses the element to help with damage


Is that true?

the element only ever helps the damage with any skill (besides chill effects from cold?), so your question is confusing

and how the elements behaves is in the updated guide not this one
