i should point out, legendaries don't seem to be dropping that frequently for myself or those in my group

nice xp exploit is in act 4 first quest as pre mentioned
DPS boss until he disappears and starts phase 2
Barbarian casts "Threatening Shout" /w Grim Harvest rune on all the adds that spawn
Kill the adds and get loot try avoiding the boss as much as you can

tested in t4 in HC mode very nice xp guyz

e: some of us also got nice legs during the whole process
