Crafted Bracer is a must if you ask me

either results in about the same effective dps, tho with lacuni+DD you can get more resists

usually inna will give you more screen dps tho

ias dmg boost is worthless in this build. Get high CHD / Str items. (+60 CC is overkill dont get a lot. You already get tons from other skills)

ias is quite important, a ton of your damage is from ww/tornadoes not to mention the fury management bonus, and more CC = more rend crits.. you want as much as you can get

after 60 its overkill. You will almost alawys crit.

And ias for ww/tornado is not very important because: Budget is low, and you wanna stick with rend to kill mobs. Otherwise prices for items will go up..

OFC getting all items Tri/Quad Fecta would HELP your cause -.-

yes but getting crit on all slots is inexpensive nowadays so why not do it?

and 29% ias from gear isnt hard to get but yes you could drop to one breakpoint lower and be fine

after reading this, i regeared my barb after leaving him at paragon 70 for almost a yr
since i had only 34m, this guide was very helpful

Tboner, I recently changed overpower with Hota in this build, and its working great for me. Elites are dying very fast. Not only elites, I must say single targets like poison trees in act 1. Also, Hota with full bar will generate firy as well. How do you see this ? Will I stich with Hota or try to work with Overpower ?

w/e works for you is better, you seems to like it... why not stick with it?
