It wouldn't be optimal without Sweeping Wind (Cyclone). Wave Of Light "Bells" usually goes well with Tempest Rush using two hand Skorn.

Yes, it is all holy damage. The attack description of 'Wave Of Light':

But I use it as a group clearer, not primarily on elites where exploding palm would be better... Although that skill annoys me lol

Sorry, I was thinking of nuke damage.

Edit: Exploding palm annoys me as well.
I just don't like the idea of monks and bleeding spells >.<

It's not. Since the boost to WoL, I don't even use the thunderclap rune anymore. I just run with WoL/40 spirit cost rune while farming on left click and FoT/quickening for high amounts of spirit regen.

Breath of Heaven/blazing wraith rune, Serenity/4 seconds, Sweeping Wind/Cyclone, Conviction/Overawe.

Fist attacks and sweeping wind aren't even my main way to damage anymore. Takes just 2 crits (actually a tiny bit less if using templar follower) to use another WoL.

Clears amazingly fast and every monk should use it.

Monks just have so many options in terms of viable mp10 build.

Can I ask for some advice for MP10 uber.
I am still upgrading my monk, with a 200m budget. currently sitting at 150k dps/43k life/600 resists.
What skills is best for Uber, for budget Monks?
Can I stun Uber with Bell/BlindingLight? I am afraid I will run short of Spirit too often?

if not, what other skills you guys suggest?
Also which Merc? The enchantress with 3ias? any other benefits from her? which gear?
why not scoundel with 3cc?

There are better options with attack choices against ubers. You never want to run out of spirit against them, that's too risky.

Look at the first page, the first choice build in mercenary should be there.
