Yeah it's usually safe to visit the site.

it's jsut a reasonably well constructed clone of the Bnet login screen. None of the links etc work and once you put your details in (regardless of whether they are right or wrong) it just gives you some re-assuring message and yeah you're done.

If you are ever in doubt about one of these being legit (assuming it's a less obvious one than this) just go to the page and put false info in - if it says it's correct then it's fake
