In rings and amulets you should priortize stats in following order if your looking for dps:
crit chance -> avg dmg -> attack speed -> crit dmg
And offcourse include str. If you can, get the all res but not required.

That is one option. You cud def get a decent MH/OH combo with mainstat on mainhand and lifesteal on OH. Utility wise, this would probably be the best choice. However, I would also consider upgrading your ring and ammy. They are probably your weakest pieces of gear atm. Your ammy has only 6% crit chance and one of your other rings has none. U could easily up your crit chance by like 6-8% by upgrading those 2 slots and also up your dps by including some avg/dmg stats on them along with either crit dmg or ASI. Either or is fine, just look for the deals that come up and dont pass them by!

I personally ran max mf for a very long time but honestly, given the current game and how MP works, its best to get your paragorn lvl up rather than doing an MF spec. Because the higher paragorn u are, the more stats and mf u get automatically. I am currently 91 paragorn so almost at max mf without any mf gear. I would focus on lvling ur barba and just upping the MP to get some mf in there. I would definitely pick up a few pieces for mf. Easiest place to get some is on your ammy which can go up to 40 along with some mf on your pants since you can go with blackthornes which is very good.
With regards to specs, you basically got a couple of main routes to go right now:
1) ww/nado - IMO this spec is great if you can afford it. But low tier ww/nado barbs realy arent as affective anymore with all the nerfs to this class. However, if you got the bank, this is still Best in the business in terms of farm efficiency.
2) Weapon throw - This class has A TON of DPS output but best of all, its actualyl really fun to play and also may prove to be pvp efficient down the road.
3) Rend barb - This is actually a really great class of barb and requires you to weild a 2h weapon. The DPS output is Massive but i dont like it as much cus of the fury problems u run into and also, unless u have the gold to stack that ASI, its a real drain
4) Frenzy Barb - This class is the highest single target dps output u can get. Top barbs can crit for like millions of dmg. But its not efficient right now for farming and lags way behind rend and ww/nado classes. But its really good for destroying ubers

If u running shield and board barb, i mean you not really looking for perma wrath spec. That applies moreso to ww/nado barb. Im not too familiar with the HC AH market cus i dont play HC myself but if u have unlimited funds, theres so many spots that you can upgrade on your gear!
