What triggers the XP gain? just being at 10% health and then regening back? Or just hovering at 10% health?

Each hit when under 10% hp.

Ok, i think I am understanding how this works now. Let me experiment a bit.

I just tested it again.. it works perfect once ur under 10% and take damage it pops up and shows u the xp gain.. just remove all ur Vit gear and reequip it to make ur Hp lower. or stand there with no regen on untill like 1 % life.

i like when people publicize about exploits, so that they're fixed a day later due to the popularity.
