It very much is a big deal on other classes more over than a WD.
Reason being is as simple as the word kite.  You don't need to kite back nearly as much on a WD because of pets tanking the mobs.

However the damage achievable on a WD with this setup and good use of health globes, is phenomenal with the money spend to damage ratio, and plenty to put away even the toughest elites in a3+.

I'm not saying Zombie Bears can't complete content with budget gear, I'm just saying your excuse for not having a video showing this is horrible, and when you make note of the cost of the build in your thread title you should probably include a video that stays true to that, or not include a video at all.

you found a Skorn, that alone is 10Mill+, hence it is NOT under 1 mill.

btw that d kill was because i had 3 min left on clock for stack and was desperate to get the kill with 5 stack rather then w/o

theres like 0 credibility left to your guide, someone kills diablo for you so you get the achievement, you make a video with a 10 mln wpn / 5 mln gem and call it a 1 mln build etc

This is coming from a casual player, I get around to playing 10-15 hours a week and played D2 when I was a teenager to death.  My WD was my 2nd 60 toon.  The first was a wizard which I poured over the dsjps forums and official d3 forums to come up with some idea on the equipment to buy.  So I just kinda winged it, and it didn't turn out well, it was embarrassing how unbalanced she was.  I think she ended up with 28% to Life, about 300 to Vit, and 300 resists, it was sad.

I want to commend you G5 for making this cause it completely pointed me in the right direction as far as a starting point.  I followed it more or less the exact way you wrote it and now have a set of gear that I feel comfortable with and is in balance.
Almost every piece of equipment I put in the way you stated and had a budget to spend about 200K per piece (I had about 2mil and inherited helm, weapon, mojo from a friend).  Worked out well.
