It's pointless not to kill the mobs that you come across. There just isn't any need for backtracking all the way to the beginning for 1-2 mobs.



Sounds about right! You can get the extra experience gear to speed it up even more.



I'm a Wizard, so I can't farm Act 3 by myself. I do it in a full group of 4 people.

This guide, by no means, is intended for WW Barbs (which are overpowered in the grinding of Act 3 sense) or people who are geared enough to solo Act 3 at the rate they want.

I want to farm something for hours on end and not die a bunch of times. Therefore, this works perfectly.

I just wanted to help people get fast experience, that is all.

i'm using Cain's Scribe + Cain's Sandals + Cain's Memory (star ruby) = 55% bonus exp, like i said. i'd have a leoric's signet if it wasn't so over priced)

i also found 1 legendary,... Death Watch Mantle (garbage sold for 9999)

Apparently we gain a portion of Bonus Experience % from our followers (just like Magic Find and Gold Find).

If only we had 4x Leoric's Signets

follower items have xp too. i get like +25 from my follower

Been doing this, and it is working really well. I say this as another wiz who likes to solo.

Just ran complete Act 3 with my Monk with only 31% Xp gem in helmet with this kind of result

Duration: 1h2min (identifying 2 inventories)

Kills before run: 546 143
Kills after run: 548 625

Total: 2482 Kills

Experience (Paragon 24)

XP before run: 12 342 214
XP after run: 36 173 014

Total XP: 23 830 800 XP for runnin complete act3 in 1 hours. With Fleet Footed passive I managed to make it in 55 minutes. (Both runs I skipped those huge mazes in Battlefields, as they are extremely large, extremely quiet and finally, extremely boring aka. useless to run)
