@xu-godx you can't get checkpoints more than once.
And in the route by OP you start with Vault checkpoint.
So you cannot get the same checkpoint again in this game.

Killing Belial will not make up for the time you are going to loose searching for the Vault in your next game.

You can start the game in the Vault, leave it to mark the spot on the map, farm other areas and then farm Vault in the end. I always leave the game from inside the vault and start over in it.

You can do this as well.

I normally just start in the vault, skip all monsters and just smash out elites/champs. Can take out about 6-10 of them in around 10 minutes if i skip normal trash mobs.

That way I can warp from the vault, go to all WP's and do a quick clear of all Elites/Champs in under 20 minutes total and start the next game.

I've found this tactic gets the most elites/champs kill within 15-20 minutes.

My question is black canyon mines , what area do you go to ? Its just a open map .. just run around and find elites?

The mines are a relatively small map, relatively round. Normally the elites are scattered across the far extremes of the map. You will almost always find a pack of Fallen Champs, with a pack of Fallen Master champs

I can normally clear all 4 elites in under 2-3 minutes. If you get lucky you will get all 4 elites/champs and goblin in the Black Canyon mines.

I have 2 questions.
1. What do you think your average drop rate for legendaries is on this run?
2. Besides legendary drops, do you get any sellable rares or other loot?

There's usually at least 2 elite packs out in the open that you can just do a big circle around and find them. Skip all white monsters and just do one big lap getting the elites to follow you. Then turn and kill em all in 1 set. There are also side quests in black canyon mines that inside the portals have a lot of elite packs.

Aside from the Vault of the Assassin, Black Canyon mines has the most champ packs per time spent, since there's a lot of elites in a very small area.


I also add in the 3 sewers, forgot their names. It's like West Channel, East Channel, and then the waterlogged passage or some shit like that. Dulgur Oasis WP and just head north to get into them. They are super fast to just run through, usually 1-3 mobs in each.

To answer your questions:

1.) I have found 6 legendaries in the last 4 days. 4 were crap (Bk Ring, Some ilvl60 wand, Visage of Gyuyasomething, and another BK ring.) However, I also found an Oculus Ring, and a Manticore (2os, 91crit base ) I also found IK body and Helm in the vault.

2.) I have found several medium/good rares, but only 1 super rare. The super rare was a 1k dps axe with 750 life steal, 91 crit w/ 1 socket.

Also, each run on average I can make around 50-200k gold. So this stacks up over a couple of hours, and even if I find nothing, I still have several million gold just from pickup/vendor.
