Actually it's clear that it is D3 graphics and design. It's only clear that the color has been tampered with.

It's a barb, Cleave skill icon is down there. Health globe, Fury globe, Same tab/page icons on bottom right (for stats, skills, items), Obviously same item page as in new demos.
